Our Franchise arrangement involves the Hannahs (Franchisor) granting you (Franchisee) the right to use our trademark, business systems and processes in the production and marketing of our products to our Brand specifications.
Our Franchisees benefit from managing their own business with full access to training and an extensive support system that offers help and advice to all of our Franchisees.
To ensure that you start off your new business venture with the best possible impact on your customers, we provide you and your staff with comprehensive training.
Franchisee Support and Training
You will receive 4 weeks of full training on all aspects of operations prior to opening. This will be at our Grays Training Centre and strategic training at our Head Office that is located just above the Grays Training Centre.
On opening, we will provide you with in-hand support, having a dedicated area for help and advice to ensure the smooth opening of your business. You will also receive regular training, guidance, and full support every step of the way to ensure your success.
Our History
We started our first shop back in 1978 at Southend and after many successful years, Hannah’s Bakeries expanded further into Essex, eventually opening new branch shops such as Grays, Tilbury, Stifford, Aveley, Lodge lane, Upminster, and Elm Park, each continuing to serve the local community. The traditional craft principles that formed the business remain, with an expanding repertoire of sweet treats, bread, and scrumptious sandwiches.
