Business Development Executive – B2B Wholesale

We now seek exceptional individuals who sis self driven with a passion in B2B sales. Successful Business Development Executive candidates will receive in-depth training before taking charge of a local wholesale territory to sell our bakery products – bread, cake and gelato ice cream to business owners. The individual will be making calls and visiting local businesses – cafes, hotels, restaurants, pubs and other retail shops to promote our products.

As a successful Sales Executive, you will need to be:

  • Experienced in sales – business to business sales will be advantageous
  • Building relationship with local businesses
  • Ambitious and self–disciplined
  • Articulate and assertive 
  • Pro-active, persuasive and a good listener 
  • Happy to do field visits on a regular basis
  • Good communicator

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day B2B sales of the bakery
  • Visiting clients on a daily basis and arranging samples
  • Logging and updating all leads in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with bakers where required on specialised products
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
  • Build good relationship and promote brand with the local business community
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
