Successful Business Development Executive candidates will receive in-depth training before taking charge of a local wholesale territory to sell our bakery products – bread, cake and gelato ice cream to business owners. The individual will be making calls and visiting local businesses – cafes, hotels, restaurants, pubs and other retail shops to promote our products.
As a successful Sales Executive, you will need to be:
- Experienced in sales – business to business sales will be advantageous
- Building relationship with local businesses
- Ambitious and self–disciplined
- Articulate and assertive
- Pro-active, persuasive and a good listener
- Happy to do field visits on a regular basis
- Good communicator
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day B2B sales of the bakery
- Visiting clients on a daily basis and arranging samples
- Logging and updating all leads in the CRM system
- Coordinate with bakers where required on specialised products
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Build good relationship and promote brand with the local business community
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
