Ingredients:
3 slices of Hannah’s pumpernickel loaf
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lettuce
100g sliced roast beef
1 pickle, sliced
2 slices cheese (preferred)
1 tbsp grainy mustard
Method:
1. Mix the horseradish and mayo and spread on the bottom slice.
2. Layer on the lettuce, roast beef, pickle slices and cheese
3. Spread mustard on the remaining slice and place on top.
