Tuna Veg Rolls

Ingredients:

1 Hannah’s wholemeal loaf, sliced

Cream Cheese

Tuna

Carrot, sliced thinly into sticks

Cucumber, sliced thinly into sticks

Lettuce

Chives

Method:

1. Cut the crusts off of 3 slices of Hannah’s wholemeal bread. Spread each slice with cream cheese and a piece of lettuce.

2. Place a few pieces of carrot and cucumber and thin pieces of chives close to the edge of the bread. Tuck under and roll up.

3. Secure with a toothpick

4. Repeat on the other 2 pieces of bread and your creation is complete.
